This lovely duplex is located off a quiet family street near the metro in Berkeley. The neighborhood features cafes, transportation, and the best grocery store in the West. We live in a friendly, quiet neighborhood with an astonishing array of amenities. See this neighborhood map.

No pets. It is not OK to smoke anywhere on this property. Covid test required. Security deposit and occasional chore required. We prefer full-time workers or scholars. Visitors to the Bay Area are welcome.

There is reliable on-street parking next to the house. Nearby are BART and buses. We are one BART stop from campus, and it takes about ten minutes between campus and here by bike.
