Yesterday was truffle day. Stefanie and Mo and I went to Cafe Gratitude, because it's Mo's favorite restaurant. Then we came home and Stefanie showed Mo how they make chocolate truffles in Belgium. While the truffles were cooling in the fridge I showed Mo all the fun stuff in my house and told her about my trip to South America, and she told me about her trip to Nicaragua. Then Barry made us dinner. It's very unusual for him to feed anyone but me, so it was very sweet. THEN, Steven called to invite me to come down to the Stanford Jazz Festival for the Regina Carter Quintet and yoga in the morning!
The concert was amazing. What a great day.
So next thing I knew it was time to roll out the door to yoga, and it was a really great class. Johanna is a wonderful teacher. One thing that was a little confusing, though, she looks just like Mo from the back, so I kept thinking I was seeing Mo.
